What kind of people do work for Mckinsey&Co? I mean, their personalities, skills etc.A few days ago, I met an old friend from collage. He mentioned that he was working for Mckinsey now (he is 25, Im 24). But at school he was an analytical person at all...I had much better results than him. So I wonder, is networking the only way to get into similar positions?
