Does someone know what the pay differentials are between these two arms of Accenture?In particular, the ranges of a Level B Vs M1-M3 and Level A Vs M4 - Mn?

Yes big difference in terms of salaries and prestige - I wouldnt recommend working for them huge ego's - they arent the best company to work for - bad payers too!!

i dont get it though...a Level A will frequently lead Managers from the Consulting workforce.Also, there are a lot of services partners who lead Consulting engagements.Soound like the higher you go up the services ladder, it converges with the Consulting ladder - culminating in partnership.Now i dont know if the services partners are capped at SE Level 4 etc...it's not something that's particularly visible.
