I&apos;ve just finished my masters and am looking to get into a people and change menagement career, however I have no experience in the area, whats the best way to get into this industry and what sort of qualifications do you need for people to take you on

Friends, money or 10 years experience.Masters is seen as the &apos;no job offer after uni mob&apos;Why not a PHD next?
