I am wondering if anyone has any experience of mving consultancies very quickly? Do be more specific I joined a consulatncy only 3 months ago from one of the big 4 only to find that much of what they promised was to put it kindly a stretch of the truth.I'm torn between looking again and staying put to see if things improve. Right now I feel very naive as I should have seen this at interview. Am I now un-employable for other consultancies??

You're not unemployable. Make a decision as to whether to hang on or leave, but if you already feel that the role was misrepresented by the company I don't see how things can improve much. With Big 4 experience you should not find it too hard to secure a position elsewhere.

Not a problem. I've done it... and as long as you do it for the right reasons and can clearly articulate your motives with a perspective employer you're going to be okay.But make up your mind FAST
