Any advice for / experiences of the Potentia interview at Accenture for the strategy teams. I have heard it's pretty "out there" and any insight would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Hi, I had one recently and was fortunate enough to pass and get an offer. It is quite out there, but I have to say I did genuinely enjoy it. It invovles reading a sheet of paper with a problem such as housing crisis, education system, cliamte change (similar to a group exercise scenario) etc and thinking of short term, medium term and long term solutions. The quality of your anwser are not meant to matter per se, it is an exercise for the interviewer to see HOW you think - how do you manouver your postion, how do you structure your thoughts, can you think on your feet? You have ten mins to read and the discussion is 40 mins. My advice would be sit back, relax and enjoy the conversation - harder said than done I know but for me, it almost didnt feel like an interview. Good luck!!! sure you'll be fine. Are you a grad/experienced hire hopeful?
