Advise needed :I have 9 years Product Supply/Logistics experience now in a big FMCG. I want to enjoy doing something different (more commercial involvement) and speed up my career progression. My thoughts is to move to a strategy house for 3 or 4 years, either to remain and aim for partner or to move to FMCG again but on the commercial ladder. I am applying to all the known strategy houses but I also think I need to apply to Full service firms. Do you think moving from FMCG into Consulting to gain the commercial side/experience is a good move ?
