Anyone out there having a ratty time of it with HR in the interview process? Ever had a swimmingly good experience with the execs but then be waylaid by the HR guys? Ever had HR reps interrupt, avert, or effectively wreck an otherwise effective and positive experience interviewing with a firm? How did you handle this? Would you go directly to the execs to address what appears to be an unprofessional handling of the remaining stages of an interview process or in order to try to recover the conversation at the business level?
