Hi,I made it to the final interviews with them and have 2 friends working there. Celerant is very much focused on operations in rather heavy industries (oil&gas, manufacturing etc) and despite what thay say about their willingness to move into services. Not really my dream environment.I confirm the culture looks friendly but be prepare to deal with rather technical people, engineering background, engineering mindset (at least in their offices in France but should be similar in the UK).I do not know your experience but the # you mention for a SC looks quite average (that's what a SC gets in France, salary being lower down here by a factor of 1.5).Hope it helps, cheers.
