Hi all,I have a 2.1 degree and merit at masters level plus nearly two years work experience in HR and recruitment type jobs. I am frantically trying to move across into MCS in a human performance/change management type role but I am being rejected without even an inerview! I thought my work experience would be a good match for these sort of roles but I am getting no interest whatsoveer. Can anyone recommend any other companies that have open graduate entry roles for these areas and how I can improve my chances of at least securing an interview?I have tried all the main ones: PA, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, TP, Hays.Many Thanks

Yep, TP rejected after an intial telephone interview. I'll try running a search. Just amazes me how with strong academics and some experience in relevant fields it is so diffcicult to even get to interview stage! I suppose I'll keep trying..Thanks
