Firms like M/B/B + Kearny do have presence in most countries in SEA, but as there wasn't a great demand on pure strategy jobs in Asia comparing to the West, most of the jobs by these firms are more operations consulting related. Even so, they have a small office, say, an average of 10+ consultants per country (no sure of the exact #). Their regional HQs in either HK or Singapore have bigger offices, as such, more chance. Other offices in SEA will require more of those able to speak local language and the fact that with a small office, firms can't expect to have lots of non locals to be based there.
