Hi I've got a second interview with these guys on the SAP consulting side. Any opinions on what they are like as an employer?

I've worked at Atos Consulting for the past year an a half. I’m really happy at Atos, and since I've joined I’ve worked on a range of interesting and challenging projects. Good people, excellent culture.

I work in the System Integration division of Atos Origin and I believe it is a great place to work. The benefits are good and the salary is dependent on your experience. So, if you have plenty of solid experience you should be able to command a high salary. The only thing Atos lacks, in my opinion, is a sense of company culture. Perhaps this is because it has not been one company for a very long time.Lastly, since it rejected the Private Equity bid a few weeks ago, the ownership cloud over the company seems to have cleared.

Better attempt, "ted" (or should I call you Rebecca?), but you should have changed your writing style/tone a bit more. I do not think that trying to establish a bit of 'balance' by introducing a minor negative into the comments from "ted" has increased the credibility of either of the posts.I do think that the HR department would make better use of its time if it actually listened and talked to people (e.g. at the careers fair), and stopped treating us like idiots.

aren't they the firm that handed out generic "visit our website" business cards at the careers fair? I travelled 150 miles to visit their stand and they wouldn't even give me a proper business card, I was just told to log onto their website and apply the usual way. what a waste of time

Atos Consulting is top consultancy firm to work for. Treat employees pretty good. I've currently moved to BCG after working for Atos for 2 years. There has been alot of changes recently however this has been for the better. Streamlining and gaining more focus. The work is most likely to be Strategy work and if you are working for financial services area, you need to be on top of your game cause all experienced specialists, approx 30 of them and are very smart. SAP consulting may be different, however expect them to treat employees same.
