I seem to remember that they had some strange bonus scheme, which they sell hard and is based around you earning a higher percentage based around the billable days you do and the margins generated. When you looked into it closely, the numbers did not work out particularly favourably and an unacceptable part of the risk is placed onto the consultant. In a roundabout way if you are deployed constantly at a high margin you will do pretty well, if you are not (bear in mind you may not be the one negotiating the contracts) you are not so lucky. In consulting if you want to take this type of risk you might as well become a contractor. I would steer clear I am afraid. Although, yes, the people I met did seem pleasant!
