Hi all,I was wondering if anyone has any insight into if the larger firms (Deloitte, PWC, PA etc) use contract/freelance consultants, and if so, how they source them.As you may have guessed, I am a freelance consultant, mainly working with smaller consultancies in strategy implementation, change management and performance improvement.

If the big firms can't meet the demand for a particular skill, they might use a contractor.I think Accenture uses Spring as an agent, and during the ill-fated NHS contract used lots of healthcare experts through Spring/ Newchurch.
