After completion of all interview rounds HR congratulated me saying I was selected and will hear back from them on Monday or Tuesday, but i have not received any call or mail from them.Should i be enquire from HR who had scheduled my interview or wait for somedays?And how much time it takes to get offer letter from Deloitte?Please advise.

So you had an interview this Sat and you haven't heard anything and you're concerned as it's Wednesday morning already? Not sure I really understand the issue.

Yeah. I know i am too anxious.By the way i got a mail to send them my current CTC and expected one.Hope it gets processed soon and I get a formal offer letter.

Hi ronnie89,I cleared the interview on 14-Feb-2015 and was told that I would receive my offer letter on Monday or Tuesday. But I haven't received it yet. Have you received your offer letter ?If so after how many days did you receive it ? Can you share me any of the HR contact details,If u have one. Thank you in advance.

HR always promises a very quick return and in most companies, doesn't deliver on the promise - not necessarily because of factors within their own control, quite often it's the whole approval process that takes ages because people have more important matters to take care of, are on holiday, etc.

Hi Ronnie,Just wondering is it compulsory to provide details of your last salary to Deloitte ?!! I find it odd that we would have to share something that personal !I told the recruiter that I'm on a non-disclosure agreement that prevented me from sharing that info.

The NDA can't cover salaries as it's the information that is available to your new employer on a P45. You would have better told them that's you don't want to disclose it, but rather tell them what you are looking for.

Hi Ronnie, How much time did it take for you from sending the CTC to getting the offer letter? Even Im facing the same situation, since I submitted the CTC sheet on 12th Dec 2015, but yet to get a revert from them.
