Hi I am a Manager (equivalent to M3) at a Big4 and have a high probability of moving to Senior Manager this year. I have been offered to join Capco, however not sure what level I should be going for. Can someone help advise how Manager/Senior Manager lavels map to Capco Principal and Managing Principal levels?To me Capco is quite appealing due to niche Financial Markets consulting. However not sure if moving to capco at PC level will be a right move?Appreciate any advice.Thanks
