Atos use a GCM scale internally, if you mean GCM 4 which is normally what consultant attaches itself to, the average age of people is likely to be 26-30.Please don't assume you will have a chance at promotion within a year for Atos, they have a promotion criteria checklist, which requires most (not all) of a set of requirements, one of which is to receive an above average rating twice in the annual appraisal cycle, which is every 6 months (annual...yeah...) and you generally can't achieve that as a new joiner unless you join before the 1st of Jan / Jul.On the plus side you can get your inflation annual payrise, which is 3% if you are lucky and not at the top of your salary band... but unfortunately joining at 50k for a GCM4 is at the top of the salary band, so who knows!Culture wise, atos is very tech centric these days, so if you enjoy talking ITOMs and digital customer experience you will be fine. It's a lot to do with who you know, effective networkers get ahead faster, but I presume the same applies to deloitte. Working hours aren't bad, you won't be in the office after 6 unless you have terrible time management.
