Hello happy consultants.I've got an interview as an experienced hire with Capco coming up this week. I believe I'm going for a Principle Consultant grade (what is that in Big 4 speak?)From what googling and old threads dictate, I believe the process is as follows.1) HR and Skills interview.2) Case Study / Presentation3) Partner interview.If anyone is able to provide colour on the above it would be greatly appreciated. Especially the case study as that's not something I've encountered in an interview format before.

PC is roughly a Manager grade if coming in from an external organisation. However many PCs that are promoted from within are usually with a lot less years behind them.
