Hi,Can someone please provide clarity regarding the background check process for IBM? I have realised that I, by accident, left out critical information regarding a previous employer and am concerned that this will cause a problem upon accepting an offer.Thank you in advance.

It depends on how critical is the information provided/ missed. Better tell them in advance before accepting, even receiving the offer. That&apos;ll keep your honesty and make the things pretty clear as well.
