It sounds you are likely to be in a spot of trouble. Companies employ specialist agencies that are capable of checking pretty much anything that you say during interview or in your CV. It is normal business practice. To minimise any possible damage from being found out, I'd recommend you give a call to your potential employer and try to gently tell them that some of the things about you are not exactly true.

Really?Most companies are very cagey about giving away any personal data at all about ex-employees.
