Be careful in the last 2 points, although they may well be true in certain instances but this is not always the case

Intellectual challenge.Steeper learning/development curve.Variety of projects.Easier (usually) to effect real change in a client organisation than it is in industry.Diversity of consulting teams - enabling you to learn from/contribute to consulting projects which may be staffed internationally.Just a few suggestions...
