I understand that Manager grade at Accenture starts around 5-8yrs of consulting experience for an entry Level M1 grade. I believe there are various grades M1 to M6 at the Mgr's level at ACN. Could anyone please suggest what is the ave. experience required for grades M2 to M6?

M1 would be 5 years min.Thereafter it would tend to go up in years as the grade does. If M1 after 5 years, would be M2 after 6. Only thing is Accenture sometimes bring outsiders in at a level below. If promoted on time you'd be manager for 3 years then Senior manager.

Thanks anon for the details. What about the pay for M2 and so on. For M1 it starts at 64K basic..for M2, M3 & M4?

I'm not there yet so don't know!To the best of my knowledge the manager scale is about 64-80 so i guess if it'slike every other grade you get an exra 5 or 6k every level up. If thats the case i guess m2 about 70 and m3 about late 70's?They just increased pension contributions to 5% for our 1.5% which is quite nice too. Think some get a car too.
