I had a telephone interview with CG a few months ago, albeit not for a grad position. Interview lasted approx. 45 minutes and touched on the following points:- What do you know about CG (probed on this quite a bit).- Competency based questions around employment history but tended to focus in on detail so make sure you run through your CV before the interview.- Questions around academic background and lessons learned.- Discussion around consulting and it's lifestyle/demands on personal life etc.- Discussion around career objectives.As far as telephone interviews go it fairly intense but provided a really good opportunity for me to find out more about the role I had applied to.Anyway, hope it all goes well for you.
