Hi All,I am wondering - is anyone aware if Mckinsey offer work experience / work placement opportunities in London?I have completed a summer internship in Deloitte Consulting last year, and will be beginning my Msc in Finance and Economics at LSE in September, so ideally looking for opportunities this Summer,Many thanks!Cat

Hiya Cat! *meow* ^_^Nice style, you certainly made me chuckle. You have a very nice way with words.HOWEVER IF YOU HAD TAKEN 15 SECONDS TO LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE YOU WOULD HAVE FOUND THE FOLLOWING:Summer associate positions in London are open to individuals currently studying for an M.B.A. Please note that we do not run a summer internship programme for undergraduates in the London Office.

Hehe - thanks 'me'I took a look at the careers website, perhaps I have a different definition of work experience, I wasnt sure whether they did basic unpaid work experience, where you would come in and support a project or something like that? As opposed to their structured internships which last several weeks. Thanks again for your advice =)Cat

no need to be mean now. hey cat, your best shot is to give them a call because even if their website states otherwise, it's never cast in stone. You must just get lucky. Also, it depends what they deem to be "undergraduate" because if you're pursuing your Msc, it may no longer fall under the "undergraduate" category, which qualifies you for an internship anyway. Perhaps Mck-ers who are reading this thread can help you out.
