Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of any good small public sector consultancies out there who are going places or indeed any recruitment agencies which specialise in these? Have spent over 5 years with two big firms and am considering down-sizing but want to know what other good consultancies are out there over and above the usual suspects (e.g. Hedra, Tribal...) that head hunters tend to push.....

My b/f recently got knocked back from Shreeveport but said they looked pretty good. He also went to Oakley (Oakleigh?) and had a good chat but heard 2 people talking in the next room, bemoaning the lack of work, bonus situation and people leaving!I think he went through BLT
