Help needed, pls. This is not consulting related but you are a smart bunch.I have been with my current bank for 16 years (half my lifetime). Their service levels are sub-optimal, to put it gently. They are best characterised through their equine marketing theme.Which retail bank is a good bet to move over to? I am freelance and need to find a bank which is good for small businesses and personal accounts.

I recently opened an account with Citibank, and they have been superb...despite my credit history!
