An associate of mine spins his pen very well, doing full roations. I have seen this to open conversations even with the toughest of CEO's and so want to learn how to do it to help my career.I have been practicing with sticks, as shown in the consulting mag manual, but to no avail. Can anyone give some hints / advice on how to get the best spins out each spin? Thanks

Excellent question and dare I say it's about time we had a subject of some substance.Pen spinning should only ever be done when in the presence of a) men or b) women. If you are able to flick it towards the ceiling, still spinning, and catch it again on it's descent this is strongly advised. To truly conquer the moment try and do it with someone elses pen, borrowed purely for the purpose of a quick spin.
