I finished my MBA, Health Care Management last year. I started applying for management jobs but most of them are requiring for at least 3-7 years expereince. Where would I get such experience if everyone is asking for a minimum of 3 years experience?

Do what everyone else does -- start from the bottom and work your way up. Is this a novel concept?

Thank you very much for replying. I had supervisory offers but most of them pay less than what I am making now. Whenever I got a call to schedule an interview and asked me on how much do I make right now, they would tell me that the position that they are offering are a lot lesser than what I am getting paid right now.

Don't change jobs then??

It is your choice. You can stick with your current experience and go for jobs that pay more; or you can go for something where you do not currently have the experience and hence will be paid less.Trade off between money and getting new experiences.
