The 3rd round is a meeting with 1 or 2 partners. What is assessed is your ability to sell, keep an argument and general posture. It may involve a case but this unusual.Be careful, as this is the most important phase of the selection. Try to impress!! good luck!

I got three solid cases in my final round - all with partners. It is unusual for the final round to be anything but. maybe diff for a consultant position. I applied for a JC role (junior consultant). Are you an MBA? which BCG office have you applied to? May vary by office. I interviewed at London.

Thanks a lot!I'm not an MBA, I come from an industry experience and I'm going to interview in MilanMaybe I'm wrong, but my feeling was that most of the selection is done at the previuos rounds, in this sense the probability to succeed in the final round should be higher (something around 50%)... Can you please confirm that? What about the HR interview, should I expect some kind of psychological assessment or will we simply talk about salary espectations, location , etc...?thanks again... Best!

Hi all!!!!Finally I got my final round and I also received an offer from BCG!!! I'm quite excited and really looking forward to start....I'd like to thank you guys for your useful advices and also to share my experience, hoping that it will help:I got three interviews, with two VP and the Recruiting DirectorTwo of the interviews had the usual structure:- 15 mins for the CV- 40 mins for a case (a bit more difficult than the previuos, but the interviewer focus is always on reasoning rather than on results)- 5 mins for Q&AOne was a general discussion on business in which the interviewer basically wanted to test if I was able to keep an argument (he always tried to question my points...)I also got a couple of the usual questions like "describe you with three words" or "describe you greatest success/failure"...Best!!
