I have been working towards my Six Sigma blackbelt within the FS company I currently work. I have not actively been looking for a move but have been offered a product manager role in another FS company with a large pay rise. Would I be worth waiting and becoming certified as a black belt (will probably take 6-12 month) or taking the opportunity while its there? Is the certification fully necessary?

Can you elaborate on your current salary and also that of the PM role?Also, do you enjoy working with Six Sigma? Would the new PM role use Six Sigma practices as well?
