Hi, I'd say your promotion options are pretty good. If you do well and manage a good chunk of a project on your first role and that lasts, let's say, 9 months. You could go up to Manager within a year (to 18 months being conservative). That would result in a lot more responsibility and cash. I think they are bringing you in at C3 as a sort of probation. If you do well, you get the promotion. If not, you get counselled out.Simple!
