Hi,Given the expertise on this board I was just wondering which grad position you would go for and why? Hours, culture, traveling type of work, prospects for future career etc.

No contest. One is an IT firm, the other is a professional services firm. One's reputation in consulting seems to be weakening, the other's strengthening. In one, commodity low margin work is dominant, in the other they are moving further into high value work and already have some high value niches.Better still, go to an out-and-out strategy consultancy.Deloitte a good second choice to this though.

What do people think is the logic behind the restructuring/split of Deloitte's Strategy&Opps into its constituent parts?Do people think this is a serious signal of intention by Deloitte to focus on more 'serious' Strategy work comparable to tier 1?

The logic is to be seen as a more strategic player in the market, but in terms of the quality of output, integrated S&O worked better IMHO
