Hello!I am a recent college grad but am looking to change careers (experienced hire). I have a phone interview with Deloitte's Strategy and Operations group for their Financial Management consulting position. Can anyone please tell me what to expect during the phone interview and give me some advice as to how I should prepare?Also, what kind of case interview questions should I expect if I make it to the next round? Any insight on past interview experiences would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!

For clarity, what position are you applying to when you say experienced hire?If it's something like the 2nd year Analyst position then you'd likely have a standard graduate interview.If you mean that you had relevant work experience before going to college and are going for a Consultant/Senior Consultant/etc. position then the interview will be more based on your career achievements and technical abilities.

I graduated in 2005, and since I have only been working for a little under 2 years now, I am assuming that they had me in mind for the business analyst position. That being said, any tips/advice?THANKS!!
