I work for Capco. We're pretty friendly, but the process can be quite tough, and some of the interviewers are tougher than others. We put a big premium on content knowledge. You have to have to demonstrate a good understanding of FS, both generally and within your particular specialism. The person that does your content interview will usually share a similar background to you, so they'll be able to 'dig'. Under no circumstances should you try and bullsh*t your way through this. :) You will be caught out. We work exclusively in FS, and we know what we're talking about. Be honest about where the gaps are in your knowledge.You'll probably be asked a couple of case study questions, or logical reasoning questions. Be prepared for the fact that these may have nothing to do with financial services.The HR Interview is usually done by our recruitment manager and is about cultural fit with the firm.Good luck with your interviews, mate.
