Not heard of that rumour. But it would be great if it were true! If the rumour is true, then it will be an updated version of the 'Masters of the Universe' programme that was screened about 8 years ago. Surprisingly, Mckinseys allowed cameras an insight to their organisation. To be honest, if I recall, they didn't come across as too hot. Albeit, it was a new Associate intake that they followed on a residential course. No doubt similar to one that we have all been on before (simulated client case study).Whilst waiting for it to come to big screen, there's a book by Martin Kihn (BAH), called 'House of Lies' which lifts the lid on how consulting is a sham. Although, its written from an American perspective, I could related to many of the anedocts and was in absolute stiches.As someone who has now gone into industry, I have to say I am very wary when Consultants (whether they are ex-collegues or even friends) come knocking on my door touting for business.
