Guys, I'm at a big-5 consulting organisation and looking into moving somewhere smaller and more specialised. My core skills are around project and programme rescue, turnaround and crisis management - an ideal / typical engagement would involve being parachuted in to undertake short term critical path project management with an equally hasty exit once results are realised and the client is left with functioning project structures. I've been doing this for years and enjoy the buzz of making immediate impact.I know there are those who reckon that project management is a commodity skill and worth nothing without the added value of change, IT or org design specialists, but I've come across niche organisations who successfully specialise in project rescue and associated skills (I don't mean interim project manager agencies: too generalist).Unfortunately I cannot remember any names of such firms. I am interested in applying to this line of consulting, so any comments or company names would be appreciated.Cheers
