Dear all,As the title states I am interested in realistic options available to me to make a move away from system integration. I'm currently a C1 and would like to move toward a role with greater management consultancy focus. I am working in the FS group. Any people made similar transitions or have any pearls of wisdom on companies etc? Much appreciated.

I would say that you would have several options abailable to you either with other consulting firms or in industry. Now is the time to change, if nothing comes your way it might be worth waiting untill you reach managerial positions before making your switch. Then you could entr at an equivalent position!
