anybody have any idea how to answer the following question that comes up in applications?What is the greatest challenge you have faced so far, how did u tackle it and looking retrospectively would you do anything different?Thanks in advance.

Also any suggestions for &apos;What is your greatest weakness&apos;? I&apos;m lactose intolerant and dunno whether I should respond by saying dairy products.

When they asked me that at my GE interview i answered: &apos;having interviewed with BAS a year ago". The experience was such a shock I had to seclude to a Mexican convent to re-embrace my inner purity. If i can pass on one thing from my experience: be vErY careFULL OF rubbish. ;)
