I need all the advice I can get. About 6 months ago, I joined a new division of a well respected firm that wanted to recreate its advisory business. I now have come to terms with making a very big mistake - I came from a more established consultancy brand, and notice that things here arent how I, or others, thought they would be. I would like to avoid discussing the particulars of why the business is not going as planned - rather I would greatly appreciate your advice on how best I can get out of this mess. I have about 5 years experience in consulting which puts me just shy of manager. Please help! How do I market this to potential new employers / recruiters?
