Because of the business they do is interesting, because the business they do gives great exit options (esp. moving to IB or PE), because PwC brand looks nice on the CV, because they pay well, because they sponsor MBA, because it's London, because they are #1 grad employer.

OK, in turn:1) Because of the business they do is interestingIts commercial due diligence. Dont believe the marketing spiel. Its repetitive, and you will never see the client until you are assistand director. 2) because the business they do gives great exit options I have worked in both IB and MC and there are a pluria of posts on this topic. It will be virtually IMPOSSIBLE for you to go from PWC to front office IB - it is very very rare. You will not know the basic finance en par of an IBer and you will have 0 experienc in modelling. DO your research, whoever told you that its transferable is lying. Just ask any serious IB / PE recruiter. 3) because PwC brand looks nice on the CV... as an audit company! are you kidding that the outside world will ever ever see you as anything different??? To people out of MC, PWC is seen SOLELY as an auditor. 4) because they pay wellthis is subject to personal standards. They pay well in terms of the big 4, yes. 5) because they sponsor MBAreally? whats their % sponsorship on senior consultants? if they do as you claim, why are they not present on ANY of the top 15 bschools "greatest recruiters"??6) because they are #1 grad employerthis should say it all... whats thier attrition rate?Dont believe all the marketing mate - do your research!

why does PWC have such a weird font? the first time i saw it, i thought the PDF file was corrupt (kinda like how word documents sometimes print if you use the wrong printer driver)
