Hi,I currently work for Axon and have read posts on here that usually have negative views of the company. I have to say that I do understand why. Although, I'm curious.... is the outside view of Axon changing as the company changes? The US division has recently aquired Premier and Zytalis, both SAP Consultant firms and have tons of work coming up this year and for a few to come (or at least it seems). I have to say that I have mixed emotions about the company as an employee. Sometimes it is good, but so much of our time is spent dealing with the payroll system, reimburssment process, and so many other policy-related items. Not to mention the attitudes of many of the other consultants, especially those in higher or admin positions. Is this to be expected with a company that is as new as it is (10 years I believe in UK and 2 years in the US)? Or any people that have been with Axon for a long time or Ex-Axoners have an opinion on this?I know that there are a few of us that have had offers from other companies, but some of us are unsure if we should stick it out and hope things get better, or if we should get out before it gets worse!Cheers,Axoner
