I have just received an offer from a top tier consulting firm, recruited after 4 years in the petrochem industry for one of their benelux office. Would anyone have benchmarks on the growth bracket I should expect? The offer seems quite low ball in comparaison to my current industry standards.Thanks a lot

Should probably be in the equiv of about £50-55k, but it depends on a whole host of factors.
