Congratulations on getting this far. Accenture SBA is very hard to recruit for - you must have left your evaluers impressed. The assessment is devided into two sessions. 1) Potentia test. This is done with HR. You will be given something that resembles an invese case study in writing, and will have 20 minutes to prepare. It will be 1 page of a4 or less, and you will have to draw some answers to a question. You will have to rely greatly on your own business acumen and general knowledge. There is no way to prepare. I reccomend you plan your answers so you talk through the HR person in a structured way, peraps indicating different options in your answer ( short , medium and long term solutions; recoccuring themes; dangers; immediate risks etc)It is straightforward ( I dont mean easy, just there are no 'tricks')The second part is an interview with a manager / snr manager from the SBA division. They will usually probe you and go through a verbal case study - the interview is very similar to the 1st round you had. I would suggest you dress nice, be a bit cocky, a bit arrogant ( be carefull, not a lot - just show that you are confident and proud of your achievements). There is no way to prepare for either, except having some good reasons why you want to be in SBA rather than in BSI. As a former SBAer myself, I STRONGLY suggest you ask to be put into CHT or Resources as your operating group ( if you pass the round). These are the two best groups withing SBA.Government is bleak - and there is very little strat work in public sector, FS is dominated by other companies such as MBBB and products is has lost 50 people from its team in the last months. Good luck.
