I have heard, from friends and colleagues alike, that oftentimes interviews for experienced hires in the top MBBB can be almost a formality if candidates are referred. What was said was that the HR screening process is SO stringent, coupled with the referral - that the interview becomes a cultural fit conversation, with perhaps a discussion on growth etc - and then the offer is reached. I even heard that one of the MBBB hires 95% of the experienced hire referees it interviews... Can someone comment on this? BTW I am referring to junior through to senior-associate roles, not MBA candidates. ThanksG
