Trawling through this forum, one can find enough information on the range of pay for most grades in ACN and DC or even PA.How come it is not the same for Cap? i got offers a 45k base + 5 bonus not in hand till 2008 bonus yr. plus benefits etc. so total was 57k for a senior consultant position.having come from oil/gas and thought about the change to consulting, i wasnt to keen on taking a pay cut from 130k for a 40hr week. So declined it. ppl were nice though and seemed like a good place to work.

I know C2 (Consultant) package go up to about 47k including the bens etc.I also know from speaking to recruiters that new C3's (Senior Consultants) tend to be offered 58k package and I know the C3 range goes up to at least 66k. Not sure what promotions are like though in terms of salary increases... anyone know?Oh - I think its VP's rather than Partners.
