My HR interview got scheduled last week by Accenture UK. I am not aware about cost of living in UK as I am from India.I am married and have 3 years old daughter. Can anyone give me answers of the following questions?Q1) How much do I say in Expected salary so I can survive with my family and schooling of my daughter can be done with some saving? This job required Mon-Fri traveling at client side.Q2) Do Accenture provide traveling allowances? How much?Q3) Do Accenture provide food allowances? How much?Q4) Do Accenture provide accommodation? How much and where?Q5) What other benefits they provide?
Q1) It depends. Where do you want to live? Q2) Note the spelling of travelling. Accenture will fund the cost of a decent 4* hotel, evening meal allowance etc. The travel policy is good. Q3)Yes, enough to eat a good evening meal.Q4) If you're at the client site Monday-Friday every week they may get a long term apartment for you. If you're below Manager level (which you would be) then you'd have to share. Q5) It's very dependent upon which work force you're in etc but would typically include pension, private healthcare for you and your family, gym allowance, 3 days off a year to do charity work etcYou don't need to pay for schools here - you would want to move somewhere where you have a good state school nearby.
