Hello, I have accepted a job offer from Accenture and signed a contract and upload it into the red carper on boarding portal. They also contacted the references and they replied back to them. Does anyone know if this is enough to resign from current employer ? I feel I still have nothing in binding from them in hand, only the offer and contract signed from one side. Do they usually send back the mutually signed copy? I don’t get any firmed reply from them about that. Kindly let me know because I am relocating to UK which means I will take kids out of schools..etc.. it is big movethanks
