I use to work for them. I also previously worked for a Big 4.They have good people, however I found their business practice floored. They were too concerned about having a small bench and would bodyshop consultants out rather than try and win big projects. However disregarding that, they were still a reasonably good organisation to work with. I only left as I scored a contractor gig and doubled my pay. Would I go back to them if the need or opportunity came up, yes, so that might count for something.BEB said pretty much what needs to be said for the interview. The 3rd one will most likely be a practice manager, somewhat technical still but also gauging if you fit the company. If you get through that it will then be an interview with the regional director, that one will be casual and him/her deciding if they like you or not.
