I have recently got the project of Lean Six Sigma. While working on it I found that it eliminates the waste and moves the mean to fix target. Six Sigma and Project Management looks same but there is the big difference. Since I am new to this, I want to know few points regarding Lean Six Sigma 1. Why the quality increases while we reach the sixth level?2. How can we integrate lean tools in six sigma project? At what stage we can use it?Can someone explain me??

1. At sixth level you are no longer leaf in the wind. 2. You can lean tools. Can also lay them flat. Some can be stacked also or hung up.

Thanks @Camster for reply. My friends told me that even if you don’t know personally who deployed in Six Sigma or who has been directly involved in Six Sigma, you may be surprised few degrees of separation lie between your interest and a six sigma expert. Is it true?

Actually I heard that Lean Six Sigma was a conspiracy by Japanese secret service agents to slow down US and European competitors by persuading them to talk absolute twaddle relentlessly.
