No deal unless you can bargain it up £5k or so. CDD pay rates are on the up so go for something higher now, else you'll drop behind the market payscales over the next 12 months and find it hard to bargain up later.

The one above analyst. Is this a good offer? Is CDD and SDD a valued asset in terms of experience? What career paths can people follow on to?

I would like to know this too - what doors can CDD open? I have noticed the top strat houses, PWC and Deloitte seem to have solid expertise in this area in the UK - are there any almuni out there that can share experiences?
