Considering the ridiculous amount of grad applications flooding the top consultancies right now do they all get read? or are most given the heave-ho without even getting properly looked at.

I am sure they do. it only takes about 20 seconds to do a primary filter.Just scan for university/scores/employersbasically looking for prestigious/top unis high scores or famous employers (like P&G, gov work or similar).

then why do i have two offers from two B&apos;s with a non oxbridge degree? and i even interned in industry - not IB. so ?

i doubt they get read, personally if i had that many to wade through i&apos;d spend literally no more than 5 seconds sorting the wheat from the chaff. some would get binned in under 2 seconds. those that made it to my shortlist would get a little longer
